ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE: Most items are constructed when an order is placed.

This normally takes between 2-3 weeks, and is sent out quickly afterwards. If an item is in stock it will usually be sent out in a day or two.. We send out a notification by e-mail when items are shipped with any tracking information if available.

Rush orders: if an item is required for a certain date, we will try to accommodate, please e-mail us first to discuss project and viability.

TERMS

All prices are NET and in Canadian Dollars. Payment is accepted through cash, cheque, money order, credit card, or as discussed.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Vancouver , Canada. Generally they are shipped by Canada Post with Air Mail or Expedited Parcel service. Xpress Post service is an option for faster delivery at an additional cost. We also reserve the right to use other shipping carrriers at our discretion.

Please note: Approximate shipping time does not include the above mentioned time to construct orders.

Shipping is dependent upon weight and because our garments contain a lot of metal hardware, metal boning, etc… we are unable to calculate shipping until your order has been weighed before shipping. We can provide a quote on shipping when the item is ready to ship.

RETURNS

At this time we are not able to accept returns only exchanges on garment items (skirts, tops, etc..) but if there is an issue with your item please contact us and we will do our best to service the garment and repair any flaws that might of occurred during manufacturing. If there is an issue with your corset we will repair (for a small fee) but due to the nature of the garment (intimate apparel) we will not accept returns. E-mail us in advance of placing a return. We will give you the address of where to ship repairs as well as discuss how to accommodate your exchange or repairs.

Please note the size measurements to make sure your garment will fit when ordering. If you have any questions about fit, please e-mail us with any questions or concerns and we can give you more information about the fit of specific garments.

All items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of use or having been worn. Return shipping will not be refundable.

If an item appears to have been worn or sent back in a questionable condition, it will be returned to the customer.

If an item is faulty we will gladly exchange it for another at our shipping expense, although return postage will not be recompensed.

CLAIMS

No claims on used goods. All claims for discrepancies and shipping errors must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods, with invoice number and reasons stated. All claims for carton damage/breakage must be made with the shipping courier.
