Deadly Couture/ Deadly Dichotomy Designs is not responsible for any additional charges such as duty and customs if you are an international buyer. We do not refund shipping on items if items are sent back. It is your responsibility to make sure you are purchasing the right size garment.

Please NOTE that in case of return for an exchange in size, (these cases only apply to regular priced items and only provided when the item has been inspected. If any damage to the item it will be sent back at the customers expense and an exchange will not be provided)  the shipping cost is not refundable.

Also NOTE that is case of return due to an incorrect address being supplied, Deadly Couture is not responsible for re-shipping. The buyer will be responsible in these cases for paying a second shipping fee if they wish to have the item reshipped. Also all items that are reshipped will be reshipped with postal insurance.
 

We are located within Canada and we ship within Canada and Internationally. We ship using Canada Post and a tracking number will be emailed to you shortly after the package has shipped. Shipping and Handling within North America is a flat fee of $15 and can be used on multiple purchases as long as it fits within weight and size restrictions of the package itself. Please select the shipping charge that applies to your location. After it exceeds the weight restriction an additional shipping fee will be applied to the original shipping amount. If you are located in Vancouver you can make arrangements to pick up your order at our retail outlet in Downtown Vancouver. Please call or email ahead and await confirmation to pick up your items. Once a package has been sent it is no longer our responsibility if the buyer was not home  to recieve the package when it was delivered. It is the buyer responsibility to make sure that they retrieve their package from their local Canada Post depot. If a package is sent back to our shop it is the buyers responsiblity to pay the shipping again to send out  that package out again.

We can also provide a shipping quote before an item or items  are charged to your account  and contact you either phone or email.  If a  shipping quote is requested before an item is purchased  you must respond to the email or phone message within a 24 hour period. Be aware that the item will only be held for 24 hours before it will be released back into our inventory for availability.
