Sicilian Lace Capelet

Short Sicilian lace cape trimmed with Venetian lace and a lace ruffle. Black velvet Mandarin collar with velvet ribbon ties. The cape and collar are decorated with lace and velvet  trimmings, small velvet bows and satin rosebuds. One size fits most.
