Latex collar with single top ruffle and double lower ruffle detailing, featuring a buckle closure in the back. Band is 2" wide, top ruffle is 2", first ruffle is 4" and bottom ruffle is 6". All measurements are approximate. Please note the band is made of heavy gauge latex and the ruffles are standard gauge.
