About Us

Deadly Couture Inc. is entirely owned and operated in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We have our own line of latex and alternative wear. We also bring in the best the world has to offer of various alternative, lingerie, and fetish wear.

Store Policies 
All Sales are final. No returns or refunds are provided. Deadly Couture Inc. is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during shipping,  such as duties and taxes. We do not refund shipping on items if items are sent back. It is your responsibility to make sure you are purchasing the right size garment.

Payment :
We take PayPal on our website which handles all of our Visa, Mastercard and other payment methods with excellent security. We will not take credit card payments over the phone. We will accept bank drafts but they must be in the name of Deadly Couture Inc otherwise they will not be accepted. You must call and confirm if you wish to use this payment method as a total with taxes and shipping must be calculated in advance. 

We are a working retail shop and warehouse so sometimes items listed may be out of stock. If an item that is ordered is sold out we will contact the customer first to provide the option of changing their selection or cancelling the order. If an item is expected to be restocked in our inventory in a weeks time we will delay the shipment of your order to try to ship your order complete. We will refund the specific cost of items if we can not fulfil them in our order. We will contact the customer either phone or email. If we do not get an answer regarding the matter then the order will be cancelled within 2 weeks of the order being placed. Always keep notice on your email after you receive an order to see if you get an out of stock notice about your order. We always try to ship your orders as soon as we can but be aware some items take special care and require more time to pack. If you need your order in a hurry call or email us regarding your deadline, otherwise there is an express shipping option.

All orders will be sent as standard mail and express service using Canada Post. Any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and any re-shipping of product is not included with this promotion and is entirely the cost responsibility of the customer. Customer will be emailed a tracking number with the email they provided on their order form.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (Express shipping with tracking):
You can select the express shipping option if you need your package sooner. Please note express shipping is which ever the fastest option possible within the budget. If you order in close proximity of a weekend day, bank holiday, or on a day we are closed, the express shipping will only count from the next official business day. We ship by Canadapost for all shipments. If you would another carrier please contact us first and make your own arrangements for the pick up of the item. We do not work with any other carriers other then Canadapost and assume no responsibility for orders that have been picked up outside couriers and delivery services.  Sometimes it can take longer then 2-4 days if your location is not in a major city centre, in a remote territory, or near a local Canadapost depot sorting outlet. 

Please NOTE that in case of return for an exchange in size, (these cases only apply to regular priced items and only provided when the item has been inspected). If any damage to the item it will be sent back at the customers expense and an exchange will not be provided)  the shipping cost is not refundable. Item must be returned with proof of purchase. Whether that be receipt or online order print out confirmation. Without of proof of purchase we can not assist you with any size exchange or return. 
In the case of an item being approved for a refund or exchange( in which the manager must approve personally) a 15% restock fee "can" be charged on the item and it is the customer's responsibility to return the items. They must pass inspection and any marks of wear including odor, deodorant, or damage will result in a damage charge or no refund at all.  In the case of an online order the customer must pay to have this item re-shipped back to them if they wish to exchange the item. There are no exceptions on this rule. Basic shipping charges will apply. 
Also NOTE that is case of return due to an incorrect address being supplied, Deadly Couture is not responsible for re-shipping. The buyer will be responsible in these cases for paying a second shipping fee if they wish to have the item reshipped. Also all items that are reshipped will be reshipped with postal insurance.
We are located within Canada and we ship within Canada and Internationally. We ship using Canada Post and a tracking number will be emailed to you shortly after the package has shipped. Shipping and Handling within North America is a flat fee of $15 and can be used on multiple purchases as long as it fits within weight and size restrictions of the package itself. Please select the shipping charge that applies to your location. After it exceeds the weight restriction an additional shipping fee will be applied to the original shipping amount. If you are located in Vancouver you can make arrangements to pick up your order at our retail outlet in Downtown Vancouver. Please call or email ahead and await confirmation to pick up your items. Once a package has been sent it is no longer our responsibility if the buyer was not home  to recieve the package when it was delivered. It is the buyer responsibility to make sure that they retrieve their package from their local Canada Post depot. If a package is sent back to our shop it is the buyers responsiblity to pay the shipping again to send out  that package out again.

We can also provide a shipping quote before an item or items  are charged to your account  and contact you either phone or email.  If a  shipping quote is requested before an item is purchased  you must respond to the email or phone message within a 24 hour period. Be aware that the item will only be held for 24 hours before it will be released back into our inventory for availability.

Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
