Shipping policy

All parcels are insured to their full value. If there is an issue with a shipment we will issue an appropriate refund only once an insurance claim is completed.

Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, with the exception of customers in the USA where we do currently pre-bill duties (not necessarily taxes). When possible (depending on product origin) we will include CUSMA or CETA certificates. If you country requires anything else please let us know.
