This is the perfect piece to add some texture to your outfit - Double-layer ruffle latex skirt with front buckle closure. Waist band is 2" wide, first ruffle is 4" long and second ruffle is 6" long. All measurements are approximate. Please note the colour selection for the waistband and skirt pieces differ due to availability in the gauges.
