PVC dress with halter neck line and open back. Front two-way zipper.

Made of high-quality PVC fabric, the halter neck design is offset by the open shoulders and back. Additional seaming over and under the breasts add extra support while the adjustable hook and eye closure behind the neck ensures a better fit. Finishing at a mid thigh length makes this dress great for pairing with thigh-high or knee-high boots.
